Yes of course. 1-We coordinate with the next guest to delay the departure if possible. 2-Luggage can be left for 4 hours, while we apply SAFE&CLEAN protocol. 3-There are 2 lockers near the flat where you can hire the service.

What was the highlight of Apartment Guell
New ownership means new processes and i dont know if its still worth it.
The property is nice. We have stayed there before and the location is ok. Slightly out of town but connected enough. Excellent facilities
The staff from LOCA Barcelona were nice enough however check-in took a long time due to the staff going in detail around the property. It took several attempts to raise a staff member on the phone to complete the check-in. This left us standing outside the property hoping someone would show up or if we would need to find somewhere else. The staff also forgot to take a security deposit and then asked me to find a time to be available to pay this deposit during the stay. Check-in was much easier under the old system of the door buzzer.
